Irregular Heartbeat<\/h2>\n<p>Your heartbeat will likely pick up if you&#8217;re excited or nervous. Too much caffeine or sleep deprivation could cause an irregular heartbeat, too. However, it could sometimes indicate atrial fibrillation, which requires medical attention.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Heart arrhythmia, or an abnormal heartbeat, is often paired with other symptoms like fainting, chest pain, or shortness of breath.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Pain in the Arms and Legs<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to chest pains, pain that spreads to the arms and legs are common symptoms of a heart attack as well. You might also notice swelling in your ankles, feet, and legs. These symptoms indicate your heart isn&#8217;t pumping fast enough.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you notice these <a href=\"https:\/\/nycheartandvein.com\/low-blood-pressure\/\">signs of heart disease<\/a>, check with a doctor to test your blood pressure.<\/p>\n<p>Pain, numbness, and weakness in the arms and legs could indicate atherosclerotic disease.
